Return Policy

We want you to love your pre-loved find! Because our inventory consists of unique, second-hand items, we enforce a strict return window to ensure items can be placed back on the market quickly.

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return. Return requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in the exact condition you received them:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Free of new odors, stains, or pet hair.
• All original seller/price tags must still be attached.

Return Shipping & Fees
• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exclusions
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:
• Swimwear, undergarments, and bodysuits.
• Items purchased during a clearance or markdown sale.

How to Start a Return
Please log into your customer account on our store, locate your order, and click "Request Return." Do not ship items back without prior approval.
